LVCA Governing Documents:
The following documents include the legal document creating
the Lafayette Village Community Association, the declaration of
covenants that are incorporated into every homeowners deed of trust and
limit what a homeowner can do with his or her property. In
addition, there are bylaws, adopted by the Board of Directors and
defining how the LVCA will operate, and resolutions on various topics.
If the document name starts with the word "Searchable," that means the document has been processed

Architectural Control Committee
Documents:
The following documents include the ACC
Guidelines that define community standards for external improvements to
homes within Lafayette Village; the ACC Approved Colors defining for
each home in the community the approved paint colors for trim, doors and
shutters; and the Request for Exterior Improvements form, which all
homeowners must submit to the ACC when planning changes to the exterior
of their homes.

Landscaping and Grounds Committee Documents:
The following documents include Grounds
Committee plans, excerpts from the ACC
Guidelines that define community standards for maintaining front and back yards in
Lafayette Village; the ACC List of Approved trees for the community; a form for townhome owners to opt out
of services provided by our grounds contractor; and a form to request additional services from
our grounds contractor (for a fee). In addition, Grounds Committee reports to the Board
will be posted here periodically.
